Cessation Assistance
Quitting tobacco can be a challenge, but it is definitely possible. We meet with both youth and adults to help them quit smoking and chewing tobacco. Each cessation client receives a Quit Kit and educational information to help with quitting. We also offer Ending Nicotine Dependence (END) courses to youth on both a court-referral and voluntary basis.

For help quitting tobacco, contact your local county office, call the Utah Tobacco Quit Line toll-free at 1-888-567-TRUTH (8788) to talk to a counselor about quitting tobacco or visit www.utah.quitnet.com at no cost to you for a customized quitting plan, on-line peer support and expert counseling.
